Hanoi, 01/06/2010 - Today, Toyota Motor Vietnam officially announces “Summer Campaign 2010”. This program will be applied for the customers who buy Camry, Corolla Altis, Vios (G&E), Innova (G, V, GSR) and Fortuner from 1st June 2010 to 30th June 2010 as well as the customers who use Toyota services from 1st June to 31st July 2010 at all Toyota’s dealer network.

This is a special promotion campaign in order to bring the best benefits and the highest satisfaction to customers. By launching this campaign, TMV will offer special treatment to both sales and service customers.

“Summer Campaign 2010” includes the following contents:

1) Special Promotion for customers who purchase new car:

From 01/06/2010 to 30/06/2010, all customers who buy and receive new Camry, Corolla Altis, Vios (G&E), Innova (G,V, GSR) and Fortuner will get a travelling coupon or gasoline debit card worth VND 10,000,000. With the concept of bringing an amazing summer vacation with Toyota support for customers and their beloved ones, we do hope that the campaign will help customers get free-of-mind, really excited and unforgettable summer holiday.

2) Promotion for customers who use services:

From 01/06/2010 to 31/07/2010, TMV cooperates with its dealers to implement the campaign “Lucky Summer with Toyota”. Following that, every week at 10am on Tuesday, each TMV’s dealer nationwide will organize Lucky Draw and award 01 LCD Panasonic 32inch for all customers who bring Toyota cars (produced and provided by TMV) to the dealers for maintaining, repairing, replacing auto parts, accessories, oil or other genuine chemicals in the previous week. Card for the lucky draw will be calculated based on service amount. The winners of the Lucky Draw will receive an announcement letter after weekly draw. The latest time for awarding is 30th August 2010.

With the message: “We are devoted to serve customers; we are professional in skills and attitudes; and we are trying our best to bring the highest satisfaction to customers, TMV’s new customer activities have been implemented widely and deeply, professionalism in each positions as well as the friendliness and enthusiasm of each staff have been improved significantly, customer relationships through CR activities and actively solving customers’ complaint, requirements have been highly appreciated by customers.

In the first 5 months of 2010, sales record of TMV achieved over 11,000 units, increasing 28% compared with the same time of 2009. There have been also 238,000 units using services in TMV’s dealers in the first 5 months of 2010, increased 23% compared with the same period of last year. In order to meet further demand of our customers, TMV continuously opens more dealers in provinces nationwide including Toyota Phu My Hung, Toyota Can Tho, Toyota Ha Dong, Toyota An Sương HCM and the latest is Toyota Quang Ninh, increase the total dealers/dealer branches and TASS to 24.
