Since the first days of establishment, Toyota Vietnam has always tried its best to provide high quality product and perfect customer services. Up to now, our efforts were reciprocated by the trust and confidence of customers.

With the desire to bring more benefit services for customer as well as supply the customer with the best products and services, TMV has researched and developed Used car project. Firstly, this project will be implemented test (from June to December 2010) with the opening of Used Car Centre at Toyota East Saigon Joint Stock Company (TESC) – a dealer of TMV. And from January 2011, TMV will will study to expand this kind of business to meet the high demand of used car customers in this potential market.

The Used Car Centre has been built since December 2009 following Toyota’s standard, used car centre opening is important in the effort of TMV and TESC as well as Toyota dealers network to meet the demand of customers in used car market. A total of initial investment of Used car Centre is VND$16 billion with a total area of 1000m2, including all functional areas such as exhibition areas inside and outside, waiting areas for customers, and service shops…

The main activities include valuate the car, trading used car, delivery, maintenance and decoration… Especially, the Centre also implements “old car exchange for old car” which is flexible for customers.

In Used car Centre, before being offered for sales, used car will be checked and evaluated by a professional team of Toyota engineers. If meeting up all Toyota’s requirements and standard, used cars will be granted quality certificates and applied the warranty (six months or 10, 000km) for engines and gearboxes.

Besides, with the professional, enthusiastic, skillful and experienced staffs, customers could believe when implementing activities of trade, exchange and consign old car at Used Car Centre - TESC.
